It is now a week after the WAN upgrade and everything is working extremely well.  The new services are all noticeably faster and the upgrade went extremely smoothly.  There was not a single phone call to the Helpdesk on Monday last week for any network related issues.   The engineers did a fantastic job to complete such a big task so smoothly and it is nice to know that 3 of your senior engineers know our network inside out and back to front!  All services were tested and working within the scheduled 12 hour outage window.  I can now happily report that I no longer have to spend hours on the phone dealing with multiple providers.
