Provision of Dedicated Account Manager

It is IIPC policy to provide each of our corporate clients with an account manager who is responsible for ensuring that all issues arising from the provision and delivery of telephony services are dealt with promptly and effectively.

As an IIPC corporate client you are provided with an experienced account manager who will keep in telephone contact with you on a regular basis and whose job specification is to return all voice mail calls within two hours of their lodgment.

Regular Account Reviews

It is IIPC’s policy to hold documented reviews with each of its corporate clients on a quarterly basis. These reviews can be held face to face, by telephone or video conference but the requirement is that they follow an agreed agenda and are formally documented.

These reviews are an integral part of IIPC’s quality control system and are used by many different parts of IIPC to assess the overall performance of our company and its products.

The IIPC account manager will conduct these reviews with the designated people from your organisation.

Irrespective of the method used the review will be documented together with a running required action list and distributed to all concerned parties.
