All IIPC customers have access to our direct support desk where you will speak with a skilled engineer.  All solutions are backed by Service Level Guarantee (SLG) with optional 24x7 emergency support, with a 10-minute call back response from a network engineer.

All IIPC customers are provided with a dedicated account manager with full knowledge of your account. Your account manager can be contacted via direct in-dial, mobile or E-mail and will be your first point of contact for all issues.

Optional 24x7 Monitoring & Support

IIPC actively monitors all circuits connected to the network.  Our monitoring system automatically alerts both the customer and a duty engineer should a circuit or equipment fault occur to allow them to investigate and rectify the fault.
