High-Speed Service

IIPC's Internet access is backed by comphrensive Service Level Agreements (SLA's) which provide you the comfort of knowing your service will be available when you need it.  Our guarantees ensure our high-speed Internet access is accessible to the US, Asia, Europe and domestically throughout Australia.

IIPC are able to honor SLA guarantees because we utilise connections with multiple tier one upstream Internet carriers.

Added Value & Other Services

IIPC increases the efficiency of your Internet access and streamlines the performance of the link by peering with most of the major peering points in Australia.  This includes PIPE on the eastern seaboard, as well as the Western Australian Internet exchange peering point (WAIX).

IIPC further operates BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) which enables us to select the fastest route through our interconnected carriers to ensure your packets reach the intended carrier within the least amount of hops.

IIPC also offer its larger customers BGP Peering Services, thus allowing you to have multiple Internet providers and thereby safeguard your businesses against supplier outages.

IIPC provides its corporate Internet connectivity on a 1:1 contention ratio. We do not and will never oversubscribe our Internet bandwidth.  Our company policy is to never let our aggregated Internet interconnections exceed 60% peek utilisation.

This gives our customers the comfort that they will achieve low latency, high throughput for all internet requirements at all times.

Network Reliability / Redundancy

IIPC's high-speed Internet services have been designed to give a high availability of 99.9%. This is achieved through the deployment of leading edge hardware and software in our network as well as our selected upstream partner’s network.  Our diverse path upstream partners provide IIPC with carrier grade services which are delivered with stringent SLA’s 24 x 7 support.

Since IIPC’s inception, we have maintained service availability up time on our core high-speed internet services with an availability of 99.99%.

Centrally Managed Hosted Firewall Solution

IIPC also provide a secure central managed firewall solution.  Too often we find organisations with outdated firewall rules, lack of support and legacy firewall devices incapable of defending a network or providing up to date technologies to handle voice and video services.

The IIPC central managed firewall solution is state of the art and provides your business with advanced level firewall rules, reporting and access to provide your business with the necessary functionality such as SSL VPN, Secure Encryption, Active Directory Integration and the ability to provide access to SIP soft phones and H323 Video sessions.

The benefits of having a centrally managed firewall solution is the ability for each office to securely connect to the Internet through the central firewall, which will be configured to guard what comes in and goes out.  From your management’s perspective this is great as it allows a single set of rules to control the movements and activities of your whole organisation.

The IIPC centrally hosted firewall solution provides site filtering, port blocking and other in-built features to ensure your service remains operational with minimal threat of viruses and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
