Overview
Intelligent IP Communications (IIPC) have developed a fully integrated corporate grade Unified Communications solution. This has been designed for all types of organisations, large and small, with single or multiple branch office locations.
IIPC’s solution is unique in the way it provides both a centralised and distributed network model. A key feature of our solution is the use of Cisco’s ISR (Integrated Services Router) and our own Soft PBX Controller which is installed at each office location.

Portal Management
Intelligent IP Communications have designed its Unified Communications solution to enable our customers to have full control & managment over every aspect of the solution. This includes:
- Adds, moves & changes for users;
- Number allocation;
- Adds, moves & changes to group features;
- Adds, moves & changes to queue features;
- GSM gateway & fleet management;
- Phone number reservation;
- Administer user access & permissions;
- Global changes to diversions and all settings for all users or lines;
- View call tracker reporting for the organisation; and
- View global phone directories & set speed dials.
This functionality is delivered through two web portal versions as detailed below.
Individual Management portal
The individual user portal allows the user to have full control over their direct in dial number. This is accessed through a secure web page using a username and password. Each user has the following features through the personal portal:
- Correct Name;
- Change voice mail email address;
- Log in / out of a telephone handset;
- Forward calls;
- View / track calls made; and
- View company extension directory.
Administrator Management portal
The Administrator Management portal allows a designated administrator(s) to have full control over the entire company wide telephone system. This is accessed through a secure web page using a username and password. The administrator portal has a number of features and functionality, some of which are listed here.
